Bilal Chughtai, MD, an associate professor of Urology at Weill Cornell Medical College, discusses ongoing research with saw palmetto extract for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and lower urinary tract symptoms. Chughtai was part of an international panel of leading urologists from North America and Europe who published the consensus paper, “Rethinking the Role of Saw Palmetto Extract for Men with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms in North America.”
