A study recently published in the Journal of Urology highlighted how women are underrepresented in receiving recognition awards from the American Urological Association (AUA). In this video, Casey Seideman, MD, a researcher on the study, discusses steps that can be taken to ensure women are considered for AUA awards. Seideman is assistant professor of Urology, School of Medicine, Oregon Health & Science University.
