Dr. Casey Seideman on underrepresentation of women in AUA prestigious recognition awards

Although women represent an increasing percentage of the urology workforce, they remain underrepresented in receiving recognition awards from the American Urological Association.

Casey Seideman, MD, discusses her research study published in the Journal of Urology, which showed that although women represent an increasing percentage of the urology workforce, they continue to be underrepresented in receiving recognition awards from the American Urological Association. Seideman is assistant professor of Urology, School of Medicine, Oregon Health & Science University.
