The American Board of Medical Specialties, which oversees the certification of physician specialists in the United States, has appointed Gerald H. Jordan, MD, to its board.
The American Board of Medical Specialties, which oversees the certification of physician specialists in the United States, has appointed Gerald H. Jordan, MD, to its board.
Dr. Jordan will represent the American Board of Urology. He serves as professor of urology and director of the adult and pediatric genitourinary reconstructive fellowship program at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, VA. He has a number of academic interests and is considered a leader in genitourinary reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Jordan is one of six new members appointed to the board at its annual assembly meeting last month.
