Rutherford, NJ-The Colpexin Sphere from Adamed, Inc. is an intravaginal device that has been shown in clinical trials to safely and effectively reduce pelvic organ prolapse when placed above the levator ani muscle. The device also helps to strengthen pelvic floor musculature when used in conjunction with regularly performed pelvic floor exercises, the manufacturer says.
