Botulinum shows promise for voiding dysfunction
Pittsburgh-Botulinum toxin injections can successfully treat women with neurogenic detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia (DSD) secondary to multiple sclerosis without causing stress urinary incontinence, according to University of Pittsburgh researchers.
