      Daniel Igel, MD, provides advice to urology residents and fellows seeking leadership roles and shares some highlights from his leadership experience. Dr. Igel is the South Central Section representative to the AUA residents and fellows committee and one of the chief urology residents at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Next year, he will be pursuing a fellowship in urologic oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
