O’Leary is 1 of 10 surgeons in the United States capable of performing this surgery, and he recently performed the first Penuma implant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, part of Harvard Medical School. Penuma is a permanent cosmetic penile implant customized to an individual patient’s anatomy.
