Video Transcript:

I think the APP role has been increasing in urology and has been highlighted in this paper as becoming part of the urology workforce in the future. Obviously, integration of APPs can be useful to address some of the issues we have nowadays such as access and shortages. Ultimately, standardization of the training for APPs to ensure appropriate supervision and education for APPs within the urology units and clinics are paramount. The important message is to make sure that APPs are trained well, providing the best care, and working within the confines of the urology clinic.
