“I think the take home message is that when you're interviewing applicants in your program, take a step back and think about the questions you want to ask,” says Stephanie J. Kielb, MD.

Kielb is chief of reconstruction and neurourology and professor of urology, medical education, and obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago.
