Agoura Hills, CA-Caldera Medical's Ascend Pelvic Floor Repair System is a novel treatment for pelvic organ prolapse that recently received FDA approval. The device provides apical support from the anterior chamber using a patented surgical method and CentraSoft mesh technology that conforms to the patient's anatomy. The lightweight, macroporous, monofilament, polypropylene mesh is positioned and implanted with a set of reusable introducers, available separately.
