The TwinCrest Group has signed a national agreement with International Physician Networks to provide in-office pathology laboratories to its urology, gastroenterology, and dermatology member physicians.
"Our pathology mini-laboratory clients enjoy many benefits, the most significant of which is the ability to deliver a higher level of patient care through onsite pathology consultations," according to a TwinCrest news release. "With onsite labs, patients never leave the practice. As a result, practices maintain control over their patients' specimens. Plus, with our laboratory in the practice, results are available usually the next day for rapid treatments and better clinical outcomes."
