In this video, Mara Markzon, LCSW, ACM-SW, gives an overview of her approach to discharge planning within the urology department and how it has to led to improvements in patient flow and length of stay. Markzon is a licensed clinical social worker with Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
